MathC 0
Hello, First of all, I have to say, I am a great fan of your work. I have been running an Emby server for over 5 years now. I recently bought a new Samsung Smart TV and installed the Emby app onto it using the USB installation procedure. I am successfully able to connect to my Emby server and browse my media without issues. However, when I try to play some media it starts loading and get's stuck. The app get's stuck on the turning circle annimation screen. At this point I am also not able to 'go back' to the previous view. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this issue? Server/Network setup: The server is running on an Ubuntu Server Distro behind an Nginx Proxy. The Proxy exposes the server over the internet using a Let's Encrypt certificate (port 443) and forwards the traffic in my internal network over http on the default port (8096). System versions: Emby Server 4.5.2.0, Samsung Smart TV QE55Q80TALXXN, Samsung firmware version 1403, Emby For Samsung App 1.0.86 Media Playback information: For the specific log segment trial, but issue is encountered on every media file. Emby Server Logs: Starting from the moment I press the 'OK' button on my tv-remote to start a playback. embyserver.txt Thanks in Advance!

And look at the statement you made about our app despite the fact that this is something we have no control over.
Luke 37009
@MathC regarding the original issue. Please attach the complete emby server log as you've only provided a snippet here. Thanks.
