This pops up occasionally and has for quite a while. Nothing consistent, or bad, just an odd issue. 

 

Server is the latest beta

Apple tv app is the latest available as well

Thanks for reporting. We’ve had this reported occasionally but I’ve never been able to repeat it so it’s been tough to fix. If you can reliably repeat it please report back with the steps.

I think it pops up every few weeks.  No rhyme or reason. The absolute worst type of bug to track down.
