Local Trailers Not Playing

Despite having Cinema mode for local trailers enabled in the admin dash, as well as on a per-user basis, none of my local trailers are playing before my media. Instead, it skips right to one of my custom intros.

My local trailers are set up correctly and they work perfectly when selecting the "Trailer" button on the movie detail page.

Please let me know any specific logs to attach if necessary.

We're trying to get to the bottom of this and looks like Luke is getting close.  Here is a thread on this.
