al92780 7 Posted July 16, 2020 Posted July 16, 2020 Buffering of video stored in RPI4 SD (tested, exceeds speed requirements). Played same video with the RPI4 included VLC package, worked perfect. Luke 40065 Posted July 16, 2020 Posted July 16, 2020 HI, the server is transcoding for the web app and this might be a lot for the RPI to handle. It looks like you might have customized the in-app quality setting. Try setting it back to Auto.

al92780 7 Posted July 17, 2020 Author Posted July 17, 2020 Returned to normal, small improvement. I am confused as playing a video stored on RPI4 SD using VLC has no buffering , while EMBY does. I tried PLEX on my external 2.0 UBS HDD and it has no buffering, I real like EMBY and am trying to use it, but I need to get by the video. As you can tell I have no experience with coding of any kind, but I am familiar with the general process. Thanks Al
Luke 40065 Posted July 19, 2020 Posted July 19, 2020 Can we look at a new log example after what change? Thanks.
