Carlo 4330
Have you tried to delete the files using a different computer, tablet or phone connected to the WD NAS with proper rights?

Carlo 4330
What device and what login did you use. Did you try it with admin or root type access?
djsix2 1
My MacBook and iMac. Not sure how to do admin or root type access
Carlo 4330
Well it's important you grant what ever user is logged in rights to modify and delete the file. This seems likes it's just a permission or setting issue.
djsix2 1
I literally can delete everything except for that one folder Edited August 8, 2020 by djsix2
Carlo 4330
I'm not a Mac guy but a PC or Linux guy at heart. So I'll be slightly handicapped but, I'd like to setup a time and remote into your system WITH you and review a few things. See if we can figure out the cause of the problem and how to rectify things for you. I will not be changing anything but just looking WITH YOU and chatting with you via TeamViewer. So I'd like to take a look remotely and see if I can help. PM me if you want to setup a remote session but rest assured I will not be making any changes but only reviewing what we see together and what you might be able to do.
