Hi,

As of yesterday I am not able to access Emby both remotely (on Smart TV, computer, etc. at home) or remotely (on my phone). While I can access my Synology without issue and upload files, etc. Emby is suddenly not accessible and I was hoping you could assist.

 

When I try to log on to Emby on my phone and go to Sign in with Emby Connect if I type in the correct password it simply takes me back to the 'Sign in' page (I also experimented by typing in the wrong password but that confirms I need to check my username/password again). Before yesterday when I accessed Emby it automatically popped up.

Hi there, are you able to connect to your server from inside your local network?

What would you do suggest I should do as my next step?

Check in Package Manager if Emby is running.

If not: Start it, if yes, restart it.

Did you have to start or restart?

I had to restart it.
