The qualcomm hw codecs are not used in automatic mode, you need to use custom mode like in post #20. It seems to fail, though. Could you please restart Emby Server, retry and then post ffmpeg log and the regular Emby Server log? Thanks @@softworkz By the way, I tested with both normal and beta. Now, I am using beta. Maybe I could use an intermediary version of PIE. In fact for Pixel I have the Nougat, Oreo, Pie and 10. Would I try the 10? Let's try with something simple first, to see whether hw acceleration will work in general: Play a h.264 video and when in doesn't transcode, reduce the bandwidth in the client.
