Pull metadata via a HTTP proxy

I live in China. Due to government reasons, in China, we can't connect to tvdb and some other websites directly.

So, I'll be very appreciate if you can add a setting option to pull metadata via a HTTP proxy.

Deploy a transparent proxy on the router can work, but it's really not a good idea that put a NAS behind a transparent proxy. Too much traffic, too often failure, and it's technically illegal in China.

:( It seems impossible for 2022 yet.

Strongly request it. I think many Chinese users will purchase Emby Premium Lifetime if http proxy possible.

As far as I know, many Chinese users choose Plex finally due to this reason. And in chinese community, many people comment Plex is better than Emby in metadata scrape. They don't know what happened when the metadata scrape UI empty.

In 2022, there seems to be no progress in this function. I believe that if there is this function, many Chinese users will choose ebmy instead of plex. I hope to realize this function as soon as possible.
