Let me edit casts and track people properly

It's a mess at the moment.

 

- I can't edit people in a cast, only delete them and re-enter them.

- I can't re-order people, so the only way to edit the star is to delete the entire cast and recreate it.

- I can't specify which of two identically-named people I mean.

- I can't specify that this person is not the same as the currently existing person of the same name.

- I can't tell the server that it's incorrectly combined two actually very different people.

- I can't tell the server that it's incorrectly separated one person into two.

 

Give people ID numbers so they can be properly tracked. Let me reorder the cast. Give me more control than just a name when I'm adding someone so I can be sure to pick the right person. Let me combine and split people.
