I purchased 'app unlock' for iphone app and can see payment has gone through, but I am repeatedly prompted with the in-app purchase screen. I've tried the restore option without any effect. Tried restarting app & phone without success, only single apple ID involved. I've paid for the product, why wont it work!?

Hi.  Just to confirm, you purchased the app unlock and not the Emby Premiere subscription, correct?

Correct, app unlock.

I reset an old ipod to the same apple ID and that was able to recover the app unlock OK.

Unfortunately, the original iphone where the purchase was made still prompts for app purchase.

Hi, what version of iOS does it run? Are you sure you're logged in with the same apple id that made the purchase?

iOS is 13.3.1. I can confirm it is logged in with the same AppleID as made the purchase (and works on the ipod)

Have you enabled any parental control settings on the device that might be restricting access to the app store?

What exactly happens when you try the restore purchase option in the app?

In-App Purchase Screen / Restore Purchase / I have purchased this app, loops back to In-App purchase screen (repeat N times without change)

I am in a similar situation as the OP except that the ipad is logged in with a different apple ID but member of the same family of the apple ID that made the purchase. The ipad has parental controls on.

Wait, so there is a difference between the Premier thing I bought and something I need to play this on my iPad?  I can't get it to work on my Ipad, telling me my key is invalid.

I am having the same issue. I purchased app unlock and am on the same apple id but am being asked to purchase again for £4.99. Please can I get some guidance on how to fix this?

Hi, did you try clicking the Restore Purchase button?
