Heuer 76 Posted March 31, 2020 Share Posted March 31, 2020 I have no problems with either audio track on multiple devices - including a Shield tube. Have you checked all your audio connections? Yes, audio connections checked although I will swap out the Shield HDMI cable to be sure. Annoyingly I have been back and checked the sample track again this morning and it plays without problem! I went to the Nvidia Forum and it seems someone else is having the same problem, albeit with Plex. Nvidia suggest a new HDMI cable. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Heuer 76 Posted April 3, 2020 Share Posted April 3, 2020 Nvidia support say; "I experience this myself on the 2019 base model at times and we've been debugging it. We believe there is an under-run happening in the MS12 Dolby stack that is included in the new SHIELD and are working on resolving it.
