Unable to Play Shows or Movies

To Whom Is Able to Help Me Out

 

I'm having issues with Emby for Android (on my Android Box)

 

Videos can play fine on the following devices-

PC

Tablet

Mobile Phone

 

The only problem is the Android box itself, basically what happens is I select a current TV show to play, screen goes black for approx 30secs, then it's back to the Android box start screen. Have recently uninstalled the app & reinstalled it as well, still having the same problem

 

Until this issue is resolved, it looks like Netflix is the way to go I guess

Hi.  Are you on a device running Android 5.1?

 

If so, you can install the beta version to rectify this.

I am running Android 5.1.1

 

Uncertain how to go about going to the Beta copy

The problem is when I select a current Movie or TV show to play, the screen goes black for approx 30 secs, then it displays the shows promo picture but there are no controls displaying to play the media.

 

Until this issue is resolved, it looks like Netflix is the way to go I guess
