UK Soaps Being Marked As REPEATS When Should Be NEW

Hi

 

Subject says it all but AT LEAST the following UK British Daily Soaps are being marked as REPEATS when they should be NEW

 

* Emmerdale

* Coronation Street

 

Both these are on Main OTA Channel 3 or 103 in HD

 

Can you please fix.

 

Lineups used:

 

GBR-1000207-DEFAULT

GBR-1001658-DEFAULT

seeing the same athough i get my guide data from schedules direct so it seems the issue may be higher up the chain

So what happens about Guide Data issues?

 

We just report them here for them to be ignored?

 

Not even acknowledged?

 

Is there any way to track if you are doing anything about them?

 

I KNOW you guys are busy developing but these small data things do need to be rectified.

 

Perhaps you need to employ a guide data person? To log and progress such matters.

Do they give you a ticket number or other reference that can be shared and validated?

 

If you dont tell us its been done, how do we know?

Ok. So instead of us just wondering whats happening. In future, could you just update the thread with something like "Logged issue by email with supplier"

Mark, can you report this to Schedules Direct? They probably have more clout than Emby does with Gracenote.

 

May get it fixed faster.

Reported to SD and I got an email within an hour saying they were on the case of getting it fixed

Mark, can you report this to Schedules Direct? They probably have more clout than Emby does with Gracenote.

 

This is a very good idea whenever possible because they do have more clout and guide data management is 100% their business (that's where all their resources are applied).

Since no one else has an SD sub anymore!!
