Artist Info & Artist Images

1. Is there a way to load artists with pictures only but without artist info. The info provided by musicbrainz is often too long.

Hi, the available image fetchers are shown in your library settings. Does this answer your question?

The descriptions actually generally come from audiodb and lastfm. You could try turning those off if you really want to.

Hi, thanks. All metadata downloaders and image data fetchers are enabled. Album images are loaded but artist pictures not.

We'd have to go over an example. Did you ensure that your artists have musicbrianz id's assigned?

Thanks, I reinstalled the program, and most artists are shown now. I have only musicbrainz and audiodb, no plugins and no lastfm.
