I have a TV show downloaded and live TV setup.  I get the 'are you still watching' prompt in green all the time. I have it turned off under bandwidth savor in roku settings and also on the user it is also turned off. Any ideas?

Hi there, what option exactly did you turn off? Can you tell us exactly what it says? Thanks !

Hi.  Can you show us a picture of exactly what you are seeing when this option is turned off?

Thanks.

Roku app and on the user inside Emby

Ok we're looking into this. Thanks.

We cannot reproduce this or see how it is possible so we are going to need to see some images of the problem.  A pic of the setting in the app and then of the message that comes up would be the first step.

Thanks.

It has been documented by others in other threads with the same issue. I’m not home but I will take photos tonight. The green message comes across on the screen when watching Plex that says “are you still watching” then just stop playing the content.

Okay, that's what we thought.  That is not the Roku app.  Each app has its own setting for this because you may want it on for your TV but not your phone, etc.

Where is that?

In the Roku app.  Press the '*' key on your remote from the home screen of the app.
