oRenatoMaciel 7 Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 (edited) After customizing my Emby Server via CSS, I decided to take a risk in customizing the APK for Android Mobile and Android TV. The customizations I managed to perform were: I changed the LOGO on the Android Icon (list of Apps); I changed the icon's name (list of Apps); I changed the internal LOGOS; In the initial configuration - I removed some texts (including the buttons) in the App to prevent the user from accessing via "Emby Connect". It happens that there is always a friend or family member who disconnects or unintentionally removes the IP from the server and then finds it difficult to log in again (in this case I have to access it, remove it or even go to the friend's house to reconfigure the IP). I would like to know in which file (inside the uncapped APK) I can insert the IP of my server for whenever I perform a new installation or when what I mentioned above happens, the user does not have the trouble of inserting the IP and PORT (in this in case he would just enter the username and password). The idea is that whenever you install the APK, Emby already asks for the User and Password only, as the IP of my local server will already be configured in the APP. MaMoUs 3 Posted February 10, 2020 Posted February 10, 2020 This is really nice, Would be nice if you can share the customized APK you did and i would then add more for my self.
MaMoUs 3 Posted February 10, 2020 Posted February 10, 2020 If i'm not mistaken to achieve what you are looking for you need to edit /assets/www/login.html not 100% sure but thats what i think

In fact I just edited the official Emby APP and customized it. If i'm not mistaken to achieve what you are looking for you need to edit /assets/www/login.html not 100% sure but thats what i think I will search for this file inside the APK to try to edit.
ebr 15662 Posted February 12, 2020 Posted February 12, 2020 Hi. You guys are welcome to play around with this for your own personal use but please do not distribute any modified APKs or use this in any public or commercial environment as this will violate our terms of use. Thanks!

Thanks! Understood. But is it possible to leave the IP of the server already configured inside the APK?
Heatlsh 0 Posted November 5, 2020 Posted November 5, 2020 (edited) That thing looks pretty interesting because I am a beginner in this things and I have a little project to do related to this things. So, there is a cool platform called score88poker and they have a very good team that is developing a mobile app and I am helping them. There is a lot of work to do, but I see that this project has a big potential and we are going to have success. I hope that everything is going to be ok with the platform and soon I will make an article and describe all the details. Edited November 7, 2020 by Heatlsh

We don't mind if you do it for your own education and personal enjoyment but you cannot post a modified APK anywhere. Thanks.
