and not what I mean, when I want to type the url eg 192.168.0.114 already open MediaBrowser without the need / mediabrower,

best would be some sort of url rewrite, if you want to type less letters you can change the port from 8096 to 80 and not include it since 80 is standard for http.

I would give bit.ly a go
