Question about Internet streaming bitrate limit (Mbps)

Hello people,

 

Please help me with this issue. I try to limit the Internet streaming bitrate limit (Mbps) to 10 for all the users and also per user and nothing is working, I still can see the 1080p 60mbps in the list of values. How can I force the user to see only till 10 mbps in that list from the playback.

Hi.  Even though the user will still be able to see and select the higher bitrates, the server will enforce the limit.
