There's still no debug info in that server log. It's been so long since I had that option unchecked. Perhaps you need to restart the server once enabling debug logging for it to start writing the debug info. So let's try this one more time. Restart server, delete the logs then try playback again.

that did it, needed to restart server, much more info now, sent

some other files start but crash on seeking, no problems with the direct stream files

ok, that is the log I want. But your not going to believe this. When you PM a log like you are, the forum software truncates the text. So rather than useful info I get.

So knowing the forum software does this, use something like dropbox/skydrive or dump the contents into paste2.org and give me that link.

Ok I have that. Tikuf and I will discuss it shortly.

@@jmelan is the file seekable outside mediabrowser ?

If not it is most likely because the file was downloaded from a live stream and the timestamps are a little messed up.

perfectly seekable in 7MC and on Nexus 10

Also, just tested on my galaxy s4 and it works perfectly on there as well

Test file has the same result as the original

:) Thx!

...As soon as the 4.4 update is available for the Nexus 10 I can test that as well
