A head's up here (which may already been posted, I apologize if this is old info)-

Upgraded to Catalina (10.5) on my late 2015 iMac. Emby started up fine but my recordings were gone!

I found they were moved to /Users/Shared/Relocated Items/Security/Emby along with my folding @ home and some other items.

Once I told Emby that's where the folder is they re-populated.

I'm assuming this was done in an effort to protect me somehow by the OS? I dunno!

FWIW- the install also moved my Folding @ Home stuff to the same folder.

Emby and F@H may be the only two apps that I have on my system that were not purchased through the Mac App store. Weird that Emby was still in my Applications folder though, I dunno.

Sometimes I feel like my name is Dave and my computer is Hal.

Remember the phrase "Open the pod bay doors Hal".
