Problem with Persian or arabic subtitle on tv app

Hi guys 

 

I have problem with Persian subtitle on tv app.

 

Tv show characters separate. 

 

I don't know that is a problem. i just try test Encoding like Utf-8  and Ansi but it doesn't work.

 

server Version 4.2.1.0  Tv app Version  2.2.6 Samsung UE65ES8000

 

do you have any idea?

Hi, what year is that tv from?

 

Do the subtitles appear correct in the web app?

That's a 2012 E/S-series running latest community app

yeah that is a 2012 series. on web everything is correct.

Ok just so we're clear, for an older set like this, I'm not sure we'll be able to do much about this.
