When I first turn on the app on the roku, I see, my media, continue watching, on now, etc. I do not see a "live TV" section with "programs, guide, recordings, schedule".  (attached a screenshot of the webpage with what I want to see)

If I go to the web page, ios app, and android app, I have the live tv section.

Is there any way to add this to the roku? When I got to settings, it says to add it through the web interface, but I don't see the option there either.

Thanks for any help

Hi.  Are you logged in as the same user in both places?  Those home screen settings are per user.

I am logged in as the same user. I have switched to different users. I have also signed out of the app and back in. Nothing had helped

What user is signed into the web app? What user is signed into the Roku app?

Are you a Premiere subscriber?

Is it possible the Roku is not able to validate that?

I am a premier user, I think the roku sees it since it lets me watch and record tv.

another thing I noticed is that in all other platforms, when I look at the guide, I see "programs, guide, channels, recordings, schedule, series"  and the days of the week at the top, but on the roku guide screen, I only see the grid guide without the other options. On the roku, where should I be able to see what is scheduled to record? I assumed it should look the same as the other platforms.5d803bc8d165d_bothviews.jpg

Okay, sorry, we completely mis-understood what you were missing.

The Roku interface has a button for the Guide as the first item in the "On Now" row.  It does not have all the other Live TV views yet.  It will in the future.
