shilep 1 Posted September 1, 2019 Posted September 1, 2019 For several months now, I have not been able to establish a remote connection to my server using Emby Apps. This is true not only for the Roku Emby App, but also the iPhone and Web Apps. I can connect to the server remotely on my iPhone and with any web browser using my WAN IP address and port number, so the server seems OK. Can anyone offer advise?
ebr 15610 Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 Are you trying to use SSL (https)? If so, you will need to be sure your certificate is recognized by the device you are using.

This makes it sound like you can't connect from the iPhone and web apps.
