The option for "People" treatment style is no longer available in CoverArt.

Is this intentional or is there something wrong with my install of the plug-in?

Thanks in advance for any help on this.

Do you recall how long ago that was? Are you sure about this?

Can't say exactly when but it has been awhile, as you can see it existed in CA 4.0

So the photos of actors can be given a treatment to match all the rest of the treatments I use. It looks better!

if you can apply it to genre and playlist too, that would be nice.

We removed this years ago because it just slowed things down way too much.

It did not - and you could choose to apply it or not - as you can for all the other treatments

besides the server etc is faster now than it was

my guess is approx 18 months ago

Agree. If you do not want the treatment, don't use it.

Some of us would like the option back if possible.

It did cause a problem for a lot of people.  If an option is available, people want to turn it on and, when they do, they expect it to perform.

We can possibly investigate bringing this back but will have to test it thoroughly.
