Completed Collections syncing back to Emby

If I make changes within Kodi to the BoxSets should they sync back to Emby? I added Lego Batman to the Lego collection using Kodi (even though it technically isn't part of it) and it did not sync back to Emby. Is there a setting I need to change to make this bidirectional or does it only sync down?

Kodi Add-On 2.1.4.0

Kodi 18.3

Nvidia Shield (3 in the house) 8.0.0

Library structure and metadata is a one way sync. From emby to kodi.
