Bill Mini 2 Posted June 6, 2019 Posted June 6, 2019 I need help setting up my Emby account. I paid for a month's service today 5/5, but my account does not recognize my paid membership. I am renewing a lapsed membership. I believe my sign in name may be different than when I initially started last year. Is there someone I can reach out to fix this? I have Emby apps on multiple platforms, AppleTV, Roku, Nvidia shield, ipad. None of them recognize that I paid for this month. I also paid 4.99 to unlock my iPad. Is this a charge above and beyond the premiere service? Would love to get this sorted out. thanks Bill D
