Premiere not working on external connection

Hi All,

 

for some reason when I connect from external; through a reverse proxy it does not pick up that there is a key registered but when i use a computer connected to the lan it work 

 

Any help would be great,

Hi.  It sounds like something is blocking validation of the key when using the reverse proxy.  The client app needs access to validate as well.

I thought that would be the case? How come I thought server side validation wold work. and the connection i was using for client side does not allow ip address. is that what the validation server is using? or is there any other way to validate

Hi.  The client needs to be able to access mb3admin.com.  Can it do that?

You will need to allow access to it for the validation to work.

Unable to do so as it is a corporate network any way to redirect back through the server so it can use its internet connection or a proxy?

Sorry, not at this time (unless you can do so at a network level).

 

I suspect this is exactly the kind of activity your corporate network is trying to avoid .
