Luke 40068 Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Before doing that what you could try is removing the trailer plugin, restarting the server, then running a full scan to flush it out of the database, and then adding the plugin back.
Headfritz 8 Posted July 27, 2019 Author Posted July 27, 2019 Had the same idea, but I didn't think of running another full scan before reinstalling the plug ins. Good Idea!.
Headfritz 8 Posted July 27, 2019 Author Posted July 27, 2019 Same old, same old. Still not working. Even restarted the NAS before reinstall the tailer plugin. I was wounding if it would make any difference if I manually did the update for the Synology serve instead of updating thought Synology. Not sure it would make any difference. The only think I can think of is to delete the sever and start from scratch. Most likely Thats won't work either! Beside that I don't think there is anything else that can be done.
Luke 40068 Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Can you please attach an emby server log from a playback attempt? thanks.
Headfritz 8 Posted July 27, 2019 Author Posted July 27, 2019 Not sure if this is what you want. embyserver.txt embyserver-63699837131.txt hardware_detection-63699837226.txt
Solution Luke 40068 Posted July 27, 2019 Solution Posted July 27, 2019 Try removing your custom intros path. Looks like a possible error there is the culprit. 1
Headfritz 8 Posted July 27, 2019 Author Posted July 27, 2019 Go figure! That worked. Thanks so much for all your help and patients with this.
Luke 40068 Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 I'll have the server catch the error in your log so that it's not a problem anymore. thanks.
