Bonjour,

Merci

Hello,

it is possible to say that you will not search the data on the internet please?

I already do my own ranking with the right data and I like what I can do.

I specify that Emby only has read access to the media library.

Thank you

@Zeus69 are you saying you want to turn off internet metadata features?

Oui et que Emby récupère les metadata qui sont déjà dans les dossiers.

Yes, and Emby retrieves the metadata that is already in the folders.

Hi there @Zeus69, what is your question? Have you tried turning off internet metadata providers for your libraries, if that's what you want?

Hello,

I start again.
I already integrate metadata into my media files.
I would like Emmy to retrieve this information already in place rather than go get it himself on the internet.

Thank you

Yes Emby will use your nfo files and images. Does that answer your question?

I'm sorry but I don't quite understand. What exactly is your question?

Hello,
I repeat the question.

My library is already well organized with meta data in each folder containing a movie.

Currently, Emby has no rights to write on the media library. He retrieves the metadata on the internet and stores it in his config (docker) folder. Me, my side, I already manually import metadata into my folders.

I would like Emmy to stop importing the metadata and to take into account the ones already in place in each folder.

Is it possible please?
Thank you

Yes, I have been trying to tell you that in the settings for each Emby library you can configure this.

Hi Luke ;

The problem exposed by Zeus69 is interesting.

In fact you can actually choose to increment or not your database with your solution ; but if your database is already correct in the beginning (like Zeus69's I think) and you don't want to correct the one that already exists but ONLY the NEW films that you will integrate, there is no real solution.

Do you understand what I mean ?

I think there is a language barrier here. Local metadata always gets priority. We already do exactly what you're asking for.
