Hi.  More than likely something is blocking validation with our server.  Please see the topic below and, if it still does not work, send an email with the requested log attached to billingsupport@emby.media.

I have emby premier, after updating embyserver, my activation code indicates invalid, and request again my codio I arrived I entered it again and it continues dialing invalid, can you help me please

I have deleted, deleted all emby servers in my ubuntu, reinstall everything from scratch and I get the same error.
I do not have anything in the firewall, I do not have blocked ports, I do not have any software or application that blocks navigation to mb3admin.com, could you help me, Thanks.

Buenas tardes: Vengo de nueva cuenta a pedir ayuda, mi problema es el siguiente:

 

despues de actualizar emby me deo de validar mi key y por lo tanto me pide que compre una subscripcion, cosa que ya hice, mi sistema es un servidor ubuntu 18.10, ya cambie de disco duro, hice instalacion en limpio, verifique que en mi red no hubiera algo que lo bloque y nada, anexo log para ver si me pueden ayudar.

 

Cabe mecionar que en el log dira que se acaba el tiempo para validad el key pero les aseguro que no tengo bloqueado nada.

 

en la misma computadora he puesto una maquina virtual con windows y funciona de maravilla, es misma red, mismo acceso a internet, misma configuracion.

Hi.  As you saw in your log, all outbound requests are timing out.  Perhaps it is some basic network configuration missing instead of something blocking?  Linux is more difficult to configure for network access than Windows.

El emby estaba funcionando con ubuntu, lo cual quiere decir que estaba configurado correctamente, solo actualice a la nueva version de emby y dejo de funcionar en ubuntu.

 

The emby was working with ubuntu, which means that it was configured correctly, just update to the new emby version and it stopped working in ubuntu.

I'm very sorry we don't appear to be able to help more.  Whatever the problem is is local to your network configuration so it is impossible for us to see what it actually is but something is not allowing the server to get out to our site to validate.

 

Do other network requests via the server work?  Can you successfully download metadata by refreshing an item in the web app?

Yo creo se trata de un Bug con esta nueva version, por que en windows funciona perfectamente bien, bajo la misma red, configuracion y hardware, tengo dualboot y solo en ubuntu no funciona.

 

Concidero que si se esta pagando por un servicio y si se ha comprobado que no es por un cambio en la red deberia de obtener respuesta y apoyo y no deslindarse del problema, ahorita me han obligado a utilizar windows para poder utilizar el sevicio que estoy pagando, espero le pongan mas atencion y no solo me den negativas a resolver el problema.

Hi.  As I said, it is best to keep the discussion in one place.  Please send another log to the support email and we can look again.  We are confident it is not a bug in the software because everyone on that platform would no longer be working if it were.
