wayloncovil 2 Posted May 1, 2019 Posted May 1, 2019 I recently upgraded to a Roku Ultra for my TV. (USA user here.) It appears to be running OS 9 which I believe is the latest firmware. I installed the Roku Media Player and had it browse to my HD Homerun. It played a channel fine but there was no audio. I also browsed (using Roku Media Player) to some recorded files on my Emby server. (I'm guessing that the DLNA on Emby allowed me to do this?) Same issue. Video played fine but no audio. I noticed that when I played a recording from the Roku Emby app, it transcoded the file to play it. I'm guessing that the audio in the .ts file is the reason the Roku can't play audio along with the video, correct? Any way to fix this? Thanks!
ebr 15679 Posted May 1, 2019 Posted May 1, 2019 What are the audio settings on the Roku device itself? I would try some different values there.
