It's correct for me in my East Coast area.
Have you checked your mapping to make sure the HDHomeRun is actually mapped to Bravo in the guide and not a wrong channel?
Could you check your guide to these 3 online services and see if they differ? TVGuide, Zap2It and Titan

Just want to put in my 2 cents here too. My guide data is off for
Animal Planet, Bravo, CMT, Comedy Central, Discovery, Disney, SyFy, Tru, and USA (at least). (There may be more, but many networks run marathons, so unless you're willing to scroll all the way over to 3am or whatever, it's hard to tell if they're off schedule-wise or not...)
I'm on the east coast and I picked the east coast Emby guide. (The good news is that I'm not having any more problems with runaway data after that first time... )
[Forgot to mention that these are HDHomeRun Premium channels I'm talking about...]

I got a solution that worked for me, check the time on the computer that you are log into the emby server when accessing the TV Guide for recordings.
I also changed my router time to EST, then the computer where the emby server was installed on, and finally the computer browser time set to EST, then TV guide showed correct time zone.
