Hello,

my web interface was not reachable (i don't know since when cause i use emby on two nas , and on the other everything is fine)

-Nas : as6404T with latest firmware 3.2.5.RPE8

-emby: 4.0.1.0

So i decided to uninstall emby and reinstall It = KO

I also try to reinstall connecting via ssh , i delete 2 folders

/volume1/home/emby
and

/volume1/.@plugins/AppCentral/emby-server

and then reinstall the package = KO

i see that /volume1/home/emby was not created automatically so i created via shh = KO (via asustor web interface it's asking for a password)

Nothing is working. i need some help :)

Thank you

I would try rebooting the Nas and then installing emby again. Thanks.

How did you try to install?

I uninstalled it by asustor interface

Then I connected on the server via ssh

I saw the folder

/volume1/.@plugins/AppCentral/emby-server

Was correctly deleted

I erase the content of "emby" user's folder

I reinstall emby via asustor package. I restarted the nas and launch emby via asustor desktop emby icon

But not working

That's just strange because asustor tested this themselves and certified it. can you locate an emby server log? thanks.

I'm not front of my pc by now, but I saw a logs folder under emby user folder. I will confirm you that.

It looks like the server is running and serving requests. what happens if you put this url in a browser:
