Now that Gracenote provides TV listings for Emby, who or how to we request support.  Example, with Schedules direct, you can go to their website and indicate a mismatch, new TV stations or incorrect lineups directly and they were very quick to assist.  Currently, all listings are correct using the new Gracenote although I did have to map two channels for data and am pleased.  I am aware that new TV channels are coming on line and in the past, the TV listings at best lag behind but typically do not reflect the new stations until a lineup request is made.

Also, how often are the TV listing updated, once a day or once a week.

Thanks

Robert

how do you think you are going to be able to handle all guide discrepancy issues from this many users? There should be a direct way for subscribers to contact gracenote directly to get issues addressed quickly and at the source.

@Luke

THE FLASH (2014) is being mis-identified and recorded into a folder for THE FLASH (1990) series. This has happened for the last two (2) weeks of recordings. The Season number, Episode Number, Episode description and Poster Art are all correct for the 2014 version in the Guide, but for some reason it flags it as the 1990 version when it records. I agree with other comments that we need a way to communicate directly with GRACENOTE to resolve these issues and not have you tied up with this. Is there a possibility for identifying and correcting some of these mis-identified Series or Episodes from within the Emby Guide with future updates?

There haven't' been many reported thus far. If that changes then of course we will adjust.
