Playing over Cellular Network Not Working

Hello, 

 

I've been using Emby for almost half a year and have been enjoying it very much. I'm not sure if there had been any update that caused this issue but when I try to use the Emby web app using mobile data (T-mobile) on an iPhone (in both Chrome and Safari), nothing in my library plays. If I make that data into a wifi network by creating a hotspot, it works perfectly fine.

 

I've tried collecting the logs but anytime I have this problem, no logs are created. Also connecting through the external address works. It is only over mobile data that Emby doesn't play anything. The only clue I got was that it says "Direct Playing" when this problem occurs even though it always says "Transcoding" on Wifi/Hotspots.

 

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?
