Chromecast does not show up

I have added a few guest accounts to my server by adding the user locally, allowing what is my standard setup (media playback for all options, remote control of shared devices, media conversion, access to all libraries & from all devices.)

 

DLNA devices that are on my home network are listed as a device I can cast to, but Chromecast devices that the guest has on their own network does not show up as an available device.

 

I have no issues playing content on my network or remotely using a web browser. Other users are able to play media via web browsers also.

 

Is this something on my end that needs to be tweaked?

The guest has used Firefox on their tablet & their phone while being connected to their home network (the CC is on their home wifi)

Firefox does not support Chromecast. You need to use Chrome, or our android app, or iOS app.

I'll tell them to test it out on Chrome - The reason they didn't want to use it was because of the scrolling issue
