deadonthefloor 4 Posted November 16, 2018 (edited) I don't know if it's "well tested and supported". But I use it on my Lumia 950XL and Xbox one X daily. It works extremely well for playing downloaded video files which is what I use it for. The only thing to note is that Emby Connect is integrated but not needed. You can cancel that step and connect to your Emby server via IP address. It's the best $7.95CAD I've ever spent. If you do run into any issues just come here and post your query.
