Is Emby supposed to grab images from theaudiodb?

It does not show their images when I open the artist, choose "Edit images" and search for cover or background images.

 

Is there a configuration?

Stating that it should work on Windows. 
Well, my servers are all on Windows.

 

Am I supposed to install .net version 2.2?

it is disabled in the 3.5.3 release. please try again with the next release of emby server, thanks.
