Remote access to the server on windows 10 is not available

In the morning I can not connect remotely to the home server. The settings did not change, the antivirus was turned off, the port was forwarded in the router. There is simply no connection through emby connect, not directly. And the connection attempts were made both through the browser and through the application on the android phone. What could be the problem? http://www.canyouseeme.org/ shows "connection timed out"

Perhaps the local or remote IP address changed.

 

This is something with your network configuration as opposed to anything with the server.

local ip was not changed. in the local network, a fixed permanent IP is assigned to the PC on which the server is installed

Your ISP may be blocking the external port now.

according to information from the provider, all ports are open

well according to a port scan of that WAN IP, nothing is open.  Since you can't get past your router, this has exactly zero to do with Emby.

My suggestion would be to not assume that nothing has changed, and do an end to end check, as though you were setting it up for the first time.
