Roku Guide While Watching TV

On Roku please add a way to look at the guide while watching a channel, such as using the down arrow. Exiting the channel to get back out to the guide is not desirable behavior.

Any update on this?  I was ready to swap to Emby when Plex added the grid guide to its roku app so now I am on the fence again about which I prefer.  Plex incorporates this option (using the up arrow) plus more visible rows per page on the guide which I really like.
