Multi-User Kodi, Profiles & Emby

Hi,

I am trying to setup profiles in Kodi for the first time ever.  Two ODROID C2's running LibreELEC.  Very straight forward.  I reviewed the contents of each profile directory to know what is going on.

I have 3 Emby users that each need a respective Kodi profile .. Call them X, Y, & Z.  I am able to walk through the setup of each profile's Emby add-on settings including the respective Emby user.  The initial sync & subsequent syncs work great.  Playback works.

One problem, when I switch profiles.. Log out of the user, and log back in as another profile.  Emby pops up saying Unauthorized access with the Emby login box pre-populated with the correct Emby user's name.  There is no password, so I just hit Enter & it logs in.  It will literally do this for every switch from one Kodi profile to another.  However, if I log out of User X's Kodi profile & log back in as User X.  Emby for Kodi picks it up & does the incremental sync.  If I log out & switch to User Y, it will pop up an Emby login window with the correct Emby user's name & a blank password.  I hit Enter & I'm in.

Kind of annoying & could hinder the Wife Acceptance Factor of this idea.  Is there a way to modify the plugin's settings.xml to override this condition?

Logs are not particularly helpful from a server perspective other than "Access token is invalid or expired."

Is there a trick to successfully using profiles in Kodi with Emby for Kodi?  Thanks in advance.

This is fixed in the beta version of Emby for Kodi.

Confirmed in Emby for Kodi 3.1.21a in about 15 minutes of testing.  Works perfect & just the way I wanted it.  Money is not extremely plentiful in our single-income household currently, but I will make a point to send a donation to you when I am able in the future when I am thinking about it.

I have depended on this add-on over the years as our children have grown up.  I enjoy using the native power of Kodi with Emby as the metadata manager for the system.  Thank you for the work you do.  It matters.
