Why Channels Do not Work?

That was the English user manual for UN40FH5303G, if you need Spanish or another language it's on Samsung's page too.  On one of the pages there it says 2013.  Not too many hybrid FH models out there

 

As far as your issue with LiveTV channels though I probably won't be of much help

Movies and series are working fine, only the channels do not load! Is it not supported or did I install the wrong app version!

Are you using the third party app version 2.2.4?

 

If so, that app unfortunately is no longer in development by the community user who made it and I know LiveTV was just being written when the developer stopped so it may have issues still.

 

If you live outside the US, UK, or Ireland that app is the only one available until the official app is approved by Samsung for world-wide release.

 

Also, I've never really used LiveTV so that may be an area someone else may have to step in with.  There are others here who do though

Why Annals Do not Work?
I installed the samsung tv app according to the procedure (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r6vbwpTj8JM). Only the channels do not work the movies and they would work well. But the channels do not!
The word loading ... appears in the upper right corner but the channels do not load!

 

The procedure I used was described above, I do not know how to view the version!

Do you live in the US, UK, or Ireland?  If not you may have to wait to see when Samsung approves the official Orsay app for world-wide release and hope they are still approving Orsay apps by then.  Unless you want to override the region on your tv and install it now

I really don't know since I don't use LiveTV and not really sure what the issue is.  The instructions for changing your TVs  region are in the pinned post, but if you do that you lose the ability to use local apps until you set your region back once the app goes world-wide or you decide to just use what you have.  Personally I would hold off changing my region for a little while because it sounds like it may be released ww soon.

 

I was hoping that someone who still uses the old app and LiveTV would jump in so we would know if it's an app issue, or some wrong setting somewhere.

good night, I think it really is the app, because not even the screen that goes to the channel actually appears.

HI, try logging into the schedules direct website and preview their lineups for brazil. Make sure they actually have something for your zip code. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks !
