Speed test between LG TV app and server

Is there a way to do a transfer speed test between my LG C7 TV running the Emby app, and my Emby server, both on my local ethernet?

I've played the well known Jellyfish bitrate test videos, and the 60 mbps is where I start to have problems.

However, playing a 4k remux at bitrates at around 30-40 gives stuttering.

I'd like to see what kind of speeds I really can get with my network.

My PC is running Windows 10, i7 CPU, 12 GB RAM, video file is on a SATA6 disk.

Both PC network and router is gigabit speed, can't find the specs for the TV but it would be safe to assume at least 100 mbps.

Seems to be a common problem, both wired and wireless
