Can't save a backup

I don't seem to be able to save a backup. Latest beta everything. Also when i try to update the library it rescans the entire library. And how do I turn on incremental scan at startup?

This is not setup yet. As we are still testing things, I didn't want people to use the restore backup yet.

 

In the addon settings > sync options > Enable Kodi companion to turn on the sync on startup.
