Noel Grassy 39 Posted September 2, 2018 Share Posted September 2, 2018 I ran into a problem playing movies with beta sever version 3.6.0.32 in kodi Leia beta 1. I am using emby beta plugin as well. TV shows play fine but movies will not play at all. If I long press on the movie icon in kodi a menu comes up with one entry that says "force transcode". If I press that it will play. I suppose i'll have to repair local database in kodi to fix it though because they still aren't playing. On another note, anytime i ope music in kodi it tells me it needs to rescan tags from files? I'm hurrying it up If you use native playback mode, then yes you'll need to repair your database.
