Having fils that will play once, if i press stop and then play again it won't play

its not on all movies, but its on the movies that had problems playing without enabled subtitles. the problem seams to disappear when removing Swedish and enabling English system wide. regarding the phone app. all phones are using android 8.0. and it doesn't seam to happen once the phone have been just once or twice.
