So, up until now, I have been using the default Emby Theatre to view my content and share it with my users across multiple devices. I have never really tried to configure Kodi/Emby-Con mainly due in part because I don't have much experience with the platform. So, before I make the decision as to whether or not begin to use Kodi, I do have a few questions. 1.) Is it an easy set-up or will it take hours upon hours of getting frustrated to figure out? 2.) Is it an easy user interface that my users can learn easily? 3.) What are the benefits of Kodi? 4.) Can it be used across multiple platforms/devices like Emby Theatre does? Any help is appreciated. Just wanting some clarification, because I share my content with my wife, my mother & my uncle, whom I am concerned won't be able to navigate the application. Thanks. If you do as @ suggests, it should not be too hard - depends on your device a bit though - are you using Windows, Android, Linux? 2.) Is it an easy user interface that my users can learn easily? Embuary skin will be very familiar. What are the benefits of Kodi? Additional addons, customization, playback engine. Can it be used across multiple platforms/devices like Emby Theatre does? Yes.
