Pleno  2021 já deveria ter cadastro e formas de pagamento assim nos poderias pagar os pacotes do servidor

I don't think you'll ever see anything like this in Emby as it goes against the very premise of the TOS.  The software is for personal use for family and friends and there is no need for a registration system outside of what the admin can do.  Surely there is absolutely no need for a payment system as that is the land of commercial software and not allowed per TOS.
