Question about hidden folder permissions with library scan

I have a couple of directories that are hidden trash folders, as in the output below:

Will the LibraryMonitor just stop or does it continue on?  It's no big deal for me to remove these directories, but I'm curious if this would cause a problem or if the LibraryMonitor will just keep on running even if it runs into issues such as this.

Currently we stop it when it reports an error in order to avoid it filling up the log file and potentially causing performance or resource problems.

Ok, thanks Luke.  I'll just remove these folders.  I've been digging through the logs trying to tune my setup, and Emby's logging has been helpful in locating nuances such as this for me.
