daedalus 430 Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 (edited) on win10 tablet, after 10 minutes of playing something, playback gets cut off and i found this in the event log The system is entering connected standby Reason: Idle Timeout. happens for both audio & video files seems that somehow the idle timer is not "informed" that there is something playing haven't used ET on the tablet for a couple of weeks, but i'm sure, the last time i did, this didn't take place Edited June 5, 2018 by daedalus
Luke 38830 Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 Interesting. That's strange considering that we're using Microsoft's stock video player. You would think that this would all be integrated and handled rather than requiring app developers to manually prevent standby. I guess we will need to look into this. Thanks.
Luke 38830 Posted June 15, 2018 Posted June 15, 2018 Would you mind using the Edge browser to open http://tv.emby.media If you play video on that, does it also happen there?
